Colleges/Universities, their coaches and athletic staff, sports clubs and affiliations, and anyone connected to the sports world, to implement and manage and control their schedules, skills and also for athletic students’ personal and academic data to enter colleges/universities as a student athlete and a college coach personal data used in the process of recruiting students.

As further described in this section, we may receive personal information about you that you submit through the Services or that is provided to us by a third party; we also may receive personal information about you automatically as you use the Services.

Your ordinary contact information
Your name and address are required for us to be able to deliver a product or a service you register for or purchased through us.
We collect your Email-Address to be able to send you an order confirmation and information about your product
If you during a registration process or through our webpages or apps, have given us your approval, we use your contact information to offer you a more efficient customer service and support. Eg notifications.
Your credit card data
At no point does Collegesport.us store Credit card data used for online payments, and all communication during order and payment is encrypted.
All administrative sites as well as sites that could include sensitive information is SSL encrypted and PCI certified.
To provide optimal security, all customers' passwords are stored as encrypted.
If you during a registration process or through our web page have given you approval, we will use your email to send out newsletters.
You can subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletter emails also include a link to unsubscribe.

- With respect to Customer Data, in accordance with our contracts with our customers and suppliers.
- If we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, valid legal process (e.g., subpoenas or warrants served on us), or governmental or regulatory request to protect the security or integrity of the Services; and/or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Collegesport.us, its employees, customers, users, or others.
